Payment is collected upfront at booking (18% GST included). Your booth is provisional until we verify your company details — if we can't verify them, the full amount is refunded.

Yes — a 20-minute stage or workshop slot is available as an add-on, subject to schedule availability. Select it on the application form or contact us directly.
We allocate on a first-confirmed, best-fit basis within your zone, balancing footfall flow and category clustering. Premium-tier bookings get priority placement.
Payment is collected upfront when you submit the form — you'll be taken straight to checkout (18% GST included). Your booth is provisional until we verify your company details; if we can't verify them, we refund the full amount. See our Refund Policy for cancellation specifics.
Yes, within your footprint and the venue's height and safety limits. Share your design with our operations team ahead of setup day for a quick sign-off.
Standard 5A/230V power points and shared campus Wi-Fi are provided as per your tier. If your setup needs higher load, tell us in the form and we'll confirm feasibility.
Yes — the venue has overnight security for the duration of the fest. We recommend packing away high-value or sensitive equipment regardless.
Yes, subject to availability — email us and we'll adjust your allocation and send an updated payment link for the difference.
Yes. If your first-choice zone is full we'll offer your second-choice zone or a waitlist spot, whichever you prefer.
Yes — book a separate booth for each zone. Contact us for multi-booth pricing.
Standard and Premium tiers get HireFest priority access, which includes resume drops and database access. Startup tier gets HireFest access without database export — this can be added on.
KAYA is covered by national tech media as part of the fest. Photogenic and high-engagement booths are more likely to be featured — we'll flag standout booths to our press partners.
Yes — exhibitors are responsible for bringing and staffing their own team for the full duration of the fest days.
Yes, as long as they comply with venue and campus guidelines (no open flames, no glass, no items that need refrigeration without prior approval).
Our operations team is on-site throughout setup, fest days and teardown — contact details are shared with confirmed exhibitors ahead of the event.
