1. By You
You may cancel by emailing kaya@azmth.in from the team leader’s registered email before the final registration deadline. Cancellation alone does not entitle you to a refund — refunds are only issued for cases listed in the Refund Policy (organiser cancellation, duplicate payment, failed transaction, or postponed event where you cannot attend the new dates).
2. By Us
If KAYA or your track is cancelled by AZMTH Labs, your registration will be cancelled and a full refund initiated automatically to the original payment method. If the event is postponed, your registration carries forward; you may request a refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement if you cannot attend.
3. How to Cancel
Email kaya@azmth.in (Subject: “Cancellation — [Team Name]”) or call +91 63062 94799. Include team name, competition, payment ID and reason. We confirm cancellations by email within 48 business hours.
